This is too easy, and tooooooo yummy!

 

Ingedients

100ml cream

400ml milk (best with full fat)

3/4 cup of sugar

3 heaped teaspoons of instant coffee dissolved in as little hot water as you can get away with!

 

Mix everything together and whisk until the milk/cream is frothy then transfer to your icecream maker and follow the manufacturers instrunctions

PostHeaderIcon Best Strawberry icecream ever!

You’ll see a little while ago I posted up a recipe for an eggless strawberry icecream recipe, which is very good.  However, being such a fan of strawberries, I wanted one that tasted more of the fruit…so after some playing around here’s what I came up with :)
