The Amazon (or should that be ‘Amazing’) Kindle

I was extremely fortunate to be given an Amazon Kindle for my birthday this year from my wonderful son and daughter….and I love it!!!!
It is the best thing in the world for an avid reader like myself. I have given up on paper books…not only is the Kindle better for the environment, but it’s sooooo much easier on the eyes. The text is clear and you can alter the size of the text if you wish to. The battery lasts forever (well, at least a month and I use mine on a daily basis!), and it fits into my handbag much better than a paperback does. Plus, I have about 300 books on my Kindle…can you even begin to imagine the size of handbag I’d need to carry that lot around?!?!?!?!?!
